It was my first visit to Taichi, but this time it was for a private party for the sake that was brought in. For the first half, we had a famous Aomori Sake, Kikusen's Daiginjo Shizuku. It had crystal-like transparency softly sweet. We had a variety of sake with snacks. The sushi was made with red vinegar rice, delicious with each bite.
