Onto Ginza Shibutani They offer kaiseki using Hokkaido ingredients. I had crab kaiseki that was in season. First, a toast with the new Nama Dassai! Grilled Watanabe crab, Zuwai Crab Egg Custard, and Mutsu Hachisen sake from Aomori. Tsuneyama, Fukui sake, also goes will with crab! The crab goes well with a bottle of Dassai 20%!
