It's been a while since I visited Yurakucho's Shinhi no moto. My second restaurant this evening. It was packed and lively. The selection of fish dishes were amazing, so I ordered a few things to match the sake. I had fish and chips, one of their specialties. Foreigner friendly. The owner is an Englishman named Andy.
